Nagpur: In yet another heinous incident of kind, a pervert relative exploited a 32-year old woman sexually in her own house in Gittikhadan area here. Even though the accused man raped the woman on April 5 this month, a case was registered against him on April 15.
The accused man, who has not been identified, went to the house of the victimised woman in Gittikhadan area when she was alone around 11.45 am on April 5 this month. Taking advantage of the situation, the accused, who happens to be a relative of the woman, raped her forcibly.
Gittikhadan PSI Rathod, acting on complaint of rape survivor, booked the accused relative under Sections 376, 506 of the IPC. Further probe is underway.
