Job Description
- Finding and developing new franchisees for the business
- Generating leads and converting potential franchisees
- Support franchisee in business development
- Accountable for sales target for the region
- Relationship management with existing franchise partners
- Tracking Franchisee business growth
- Provide training and information to the franchisee
- Liaison with various departments like Backend Operations, Logistics, Category & Accounts
- Will need to travel frequently to meet prospective franchisees/leads
- Managing a sales team for the region
Location : Delhi NCR
Qualification : Any degree, M.B.A will be an added advantage
Experience : 4 to 8 yrs, preferable in FMCG / Channel sales
