Nagpur News : Laxminarayan Institute of Technology is a conducted and constituted Institute of Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur. One day National Conference on Recent Trends in Chemical Engineering & Technology (NCRTCET) REACT 2014 will be organised on 28th Feb 2014. The Chemical Engineering & Technology are important fields to cater to the challenges of today’s world. The objective of the conference is to provide the common platform to students and teachers to interact and exchange ideas and experiences and to contribute to the knowledge development. The conference will enhance the interdisciplinary approach to solve the burning National problems like energy crisis, environmental pollution, clean drinking water etc.
Hon’ble Vice Chancellor Dr. Vilas S. Sapkal will preside over the Inaugural function scheduled at 9.30 am in the Guru Nanak Bhavan Amravati Road on 28th Feb 2014. While Dr. S.R. Wate Director National Environmental Engineering Research Institute, Nagpur will be the Chief Guest for this function. Dr. Sameer R. Jadhav, Faculty Department of Chemical Engineering will be the Guest of Honour. Souvenir will be published on this occasion.
The students from AICTE approved Engineering/ Polytechnic colleges from all over India will participate and present the papers on various topics related to the recent trends in Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Petrochemical, Polymer, Pulp & Paper, Oil and Surface Coating Technologies. Students will get chance to interact with the faculty members during the conference. By attending this conference students will become aware about the latest happenings in their respective field of studies and will definitely boost knowledge quotient.
Participants will be judged for their presentation by independent Judges and will be given the Certificate of Excellence along with cash prize in paper presentation, poster presentation. The Chemical Engineering quiz will also be organised during the conference. All participants will get the Certificate of participation at the hands of Hon’ble Pro vice Chancellor Dr. M.K.N. Yenkie Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur during Valedictory function. Dr. R.P. Ugwekar is the Convener of the Conference.
