Nagpur: Resident Deputy Collector Ravindra Kumbhare has reportedly been transferred to Nagpur Municipal Corporation as Additional Municipal Commissioner, sources claimed. If the report is correct, it will be the second stint of Kumbhare in NMC. A “friend” of media, Ravindra Kumbhare is said to be a close relative of NMC’s Satranjipura Zone Chairman Praveen Bhisikar.
