Nagpur: Rashtriya Muslim Manch, affiliated to RSS, has come out with a unique concept to counter the raging controversy triggered by beef ban. The organization will be hosting Milk Party. The National Convener of Rashtriya Muslim Manch Mohammed Afzal was in city on Saturday and said that the controversy over beef ban is aimed at creating upheaval in the country. “Milk is an important part of meal in India. We will now, through our organization, host Milk Parties to spread awareness across the country. The concept of organizing milk parties was deliberated recently at the Manch’s National Executive held at Varanasi. The milk parties will be organized on large scale from the first week of March to counter the controversy over beef ban,” declared Afzal.
Afzal further said that in Islamic scriptures, there is description of various diseases borne out of cow beef. On the other hand, milk of cow is like nectar. The issue should be propagated and promoted. “People like Akbaruddin Owaisi and Engineer Rashid are misleading people over beef issue. We are making efforts to get rid of confusion in the minds of gullible people,” said Afzal. He also supported entry of women to Haji Ali Dargah.
The National Convener of Rashtriya Muslim Manch also dealt on another contentious issue of Yoga. He said his organization took efforts to get support of Muslim community for practice of Yoga. “Yoga is beneficial to every human being and there is no mention that Yoga should not be practiced by Muslims.
