‘Cocktail’ maker Homi Adajania is quite ambitious about his forthcoming movie ‘Finding Fanndy Fernandes’ in which he has Deepika Padukone and Arjun Kapoor playing the lead roles. Now he has decided to ride on the blossoming news of ‘something’ between Deepika and her alleged beau Ranveer Singh.
We heard that Homi has approached Ranveer to play a cameo in his movie and Ranveer gave his nod at the blink of the eyes. It is learnt that Ranveer will appear as Deepika’s husband in ‘Finding Fanny Fernandes’.
Of late, the couple of Ranveer-Deepika has made waves with their sparkling chemistry both on and off screen.
Deepika and Homi had earlier worked in ‘Cocktail’, which helped the dimpled actress prove her acting prowess. And the Bangalorean beauty has since then become producers’ hot favourite.
2013 was Deepika’s year as she delivered blockbusters- Race2, ‘Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, Chennai Express and Goliyon Ki Raasleela…Ram-leela.
With Ranveer on board ‘Finding Fanny Fernandes’ (even if it’s a special appearance) the film will double the curiosity – primarily to see how Deepika pulls off her role and secondly to see her chemistry with Ranveer.
