Punjabi munda from Nagpur to debut as male lead in Marathi movie ‘Faqt Tuzyach Sathi’!

IMG-20160719-WA0016Nagpur: At a time when Marathi cinema is basking in the glory of its historical success Sairat, Yash Kapoor, an aspiring actor from Nagpur is all set to make a Marathi movie debut with Faqt Tuzyach Sathi. While many struggle to make the cut, Yash considers himself lucky to have bagged the male lead in his first movie itself! It is like a dream come true for him! The movie will hit theatres on August 19, 2016

Yash Kapoor basically hails from Punjab, who moved to pursue his acting dreams post completing his graduation from Nagpur.

Talking to Nagpur Today, Yash Kapoor informed that Faqt Tuzyach Sathi is a women oriented film. The story line is about arrange marriage which has been an essential part if Indian culture since decades, but the thinking of today’s generation is quite different. Youth, today is attracted more towards being in a live-in-relationships. Yash Kapoor is playing Aditya Thakur, the CEO of a construction company has a similar thinking. Aditya falls in love with his colleague at his office. He meets Sonia (played by Leena B) and soon their love blossoms and they start living together.

The story takes a turn when, Aditya’s father, Amarnath Thakur (played by Vilas Ujawane) comes to know about his relationship with Soniya. He pressurizes Aditya to forcefully marry a girl that he approves of, Sheetal (played by Sia Patil). This about the challenges he face in his life.

While explaining about his character he said that he could identify with the character in the movie named Aditya since even in his own real life. He also claims he is a family oriented boy and loves his family in real life too.

Speaking about his experience in the film he excitedly said that he got the best team including the leads and creative producer Swapan Ray and associate producer Anubhav S Vinod who equally supported him during the shoot but also in real life.
