Principal Controller of Defence Accounts (Air Force) Dehradun R.K. Anand, IDAS was on inspection visit to Nagpur. He is one of the senior most officers of Indian Defence Accounts Service of 1979 batch. He was welcomed by Harsh Vaidya, IDAS, Addl CDA (AF) Nagpur.
R.K. Anand paid a courtesy visit to Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief of HQ Maintenance Command Air Marshal P Kanakaraj and discussed defence related financial matters. He inspected the offices of Joint Controller of Defence Accounts (Air Force) and Local Audit Office (Air Force) and expressed satisfaction upon the functioning of the offices. He also suggested various methods for further improvement in the offices.
A cultural programme was organized in Jt. CDA (AF) in his honour. MK Sinha, IDAS, Integrated Financial Advisor (IFA), HQ MC was also present in the function.RK Anand expressed satisfaction on the work of officers and staff at Nagpur.Anand also met Dr. RS Chavan, IDAS CF&A (Fys) Ambajhari Group of Fys during his visit.
