Nagpur/Mumbai: The constant protest over Indo-Pak cricket war is getting stronger on Shiv Sena’s political turf. The crucial meeting of BCCI and Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) had to be called off in the aftermath of Shiv Sena’s protest on Sunday but the ruckus did not stop here. On Monday Shiv Sena launched a signature style attack on BCCI’s office to reaffirm its protest.

However this action unleashed a wave of angry comments all over social media. Some even raised the questions over the efficicacy of the state government’s take on the issue.

The height of hooliganism has now crossed all barriers post the face-blackening incident, in which Sudheendra Kulkarni had to face Sena’s blue and eventually left dark-faced.

Questions have been raised after Shiv Sena took another issue in their violent hands just to make their presence felt.

The State Government appears to be completely dumb over the entire stream of events. A tweet in reaction asks, “Aleem.dar is the umpire in the ongoing badal gandhi series (mandela for bjp it’s badal) so will sena not allow Aleem.dar to officiate in mumbai odi.”
It may be mentioned that India and South Africa ODI is scheduled on 25th October and Aleem Dar will be reigning as umpire along with Chris Broad.

Serious questions have been posed on social media over the telling inaction of the state government who has been allegedly bowing down to the violent ways of Shiv Sena.

Meanwhile Security has been increased at the BCCI headquarters in Mumbai after the incident. The agitating workers have been detained and taken to a nearby police station.

Sources said that there’s no information yet on whether the talks have been rescheduled and the meeting may take place on a later date at a different location.
