R Madhavan will star in Rajkumar Hirani and UTV Motion Pictures’ Saala Khadoos. The bilingual in Hindi and Tamil marks the reunion of Rajkumar Hirani and UTV Motion Pictures post Aamir Khan starrer PK.
Titled Irudhi Suttru in its Tamil version, the movie is a sports drama written and directed by Sudha Kongara Prasad. The movie will be made simultaneously in Hindi and Tamil. Madhavan’s Tricolour Films and Rajkumar Hirani will present the Hindi version, while the Tamil version is presented by Radiance Media. Principal photography of the film commenced in July 2014.
R Madhavan, who plays a boxing coach in this sports drama, will be working with Raju Hirani after 3 Idiots. Newcomer Ritika Singh makes her debut with this film.
