Nagpur: “Personality Development and Vigilance Awareness” Workshop began in WCL Hqrs by Vigilance Department & Human Resources Development Department jointly. Dr. Vikrant Singh Tomar, the well known corporate trainer was core faculty.
The programme was inaugurated by Om Prakash, Chairman-cum MD by lighting the lamp. While addressing the executives, Chief Guest, Shri Om Prakash, Director (Technical/Operations) said that Right decision at Right time is important for officers. He further said that we should work as per well settled procedures. Transparency and probity are most important in day to days works of company.
On this occasion Rupak Dayal, Director (Personnel / Finance), S S Malhi Director (Tech./P&P) and CVO Shri G Janardhan (IPS) were prominently present.
On this occasion all HODs were prominently present. Executives of all Areas of WCL attended and participated in the workshop. The welcome address was proposed by M K Singh, General Manager HRD, WCL.
