Partially burnt body found in MP suspected to be missing man from city since Feb 20

No amount of condolence can provide solace to a grieving family which has lost the father. The vacuum created is tremendous and can never be filled by anyone. This is what the family of Ramesh Wankhede is going through today.

Ramesh Wankhede had gone from home for a small drive on his car on February 20, 2014. However, when he did not return, the worried family members had filed a case of Missing Persons with Ajni Police Station.

A partially burnt body on the front seat next to the driver in a burning car was discovered by Madhya Pradesh Police in Pathayee Village 20 kilometers from the on Chikli-Mokasa Road in Madhya Pradesh on February 21, 2014. The hands of the man was said to be tied with a rope. The burning car had the RTO registration number MH-49 B 6580. When the MP Police searched the car, some documents were found with the name of Ramesh Wankhede and his address. On the basis of this, the MP police contacted the Ajni Police Station and reported what they have found. Positive identification of the dead body could not made as yet. However, the Ajni police suspect the body to be that of the missing Ramesh Wankhede.

The family members of Ramesh Wankhede have been informed about this finding of a dead body. The Ajni police have started a detailed investigation into this matter.
