Paper goof-up leads to rescheduling of ICSE Std-XII English-II Exam

The CISCE board had to postpone its Std XII Exam scheduled for Monday to march-16 . The delay caused because of the mistake happened  during distribution of English –I exam on march 1.when an exam supervisor in Uttar Pradesh accidently distributed English-II question Paper instead of Paper-I.

The CISCE board conducts the ISE exams for Std XII students. The CISCE board accepted the mistake and in a written statement , the board said the rescheduling of the exam  was due “to the fact that a supervising examiner at one of the examination centres, opened the packet and distributed the question papers of English-II instead of English-I.”

This is the second paper getting postponed in CISCE board exams this year. Last month , the board had to reschedule its environmental science paper scheduled for February 20th  due to national bandh call given by various trade unions .that paper will be held on April 1st.  The board exams were supposed to be get over by March 25th .
