Padmaavat has collected Rs 114 crore over the extended weekend and become the jodi’s highest opening weekend grosser yet. If you check the first weekend collections of each of their films, you will realise that Padmaavat (Rs 114 crore) leads the way, followed by Goliyon Ki Raasleela: Ram Leela (Rs 52.75 crore) and Bajirao Mastani (Rs 46.77 crore).
Padmaavat is also the actors’ best reviewed film till date, but can it become their highest grossing film as a jodi? Well, that’s something to wait and watch out for! In the meantime, Padmaavat refuses to stop! The film has been a huge hit at the box office, breaking records left, right and centre. People have also been raving about Ranveer – Deepika’s period drama, praising their performances, the larger than life canvas, the action sequences and the hard hitting dialogues.
