According to him, Nagpur-Bilaspur corridor work is under process and the first priority is to run the train on this route at the speed of 130 kms, and later on increase it to 160 kms per hour. He also informed that the work on Nagpur-Chhindwara-Gondia narrow gauge would take two years to be completed, and delay in the work was due to encroachment on Nagpur-Chhindwara line. He further said, this issue would be discussed with the state government which would get encroachment removed from there so that the line-work might be started.
