Nagpur News : After keeping a track on the Sarsi gang for a day, Railway police finally get hold of atleast one of four member gang while he was trying to break open the lock of the railway passenger through a hook. The passenger was getting down of the train Jaipur-Chennai express when accused Chhatru Hisar was trying to open the bag lock through the hook suspended by a wire. Police told that the hook is used by the gang to open all types of locks without making a noise. Other three managed to gave a slip from Platform no. 2 at Central Railway station on Thursday.
Police told that Sarsi Gang mostly travels in Jipur-Chennai express and vice versa and robbed the passengers using various tricks. Chhatru from Hisar, Haryana was produced in the court on Friday.
Police informed that the trap was set up jointly by city railway police and Bhusawal railway police.
