NT Video : Padmaavat actor Sharhaan Singh says watch it before you judge it!

Popular TV actor and soon to appear on big screen in Padmaavat, Sharhaan Singh who is currently ruling the roost with her author-backed character of Sangram Singh in Zee TV’s marathon series Kumkum Bhagya, recently hit the city of Oranges. During his visit Shahraan was caught up for a candid chat with Nagpur Today with which he got so comfy that he even took the place of our host and tried to play prank with the audience as well as tried to pull up our host Farhaan.

Jokes apart, Sharhaan also shared his experience working with the mediums – both small and big screen. Yes, he will be seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s much talked about magnum opus Padmaavat which is hitting the theatres on January 25.

During the course of heartful conversation by the pool side, Sharhaan shared his views about ‘Padmaavat’ and said that People should not judge anything easily. They should go and watch the movie first then they can put their views (Well we mean it…never judge book by its cover). Sharhaan appealed to all protestor of ‘Padmaavat’ that don’t try to disturb social fabric of society by creating violence. He dubs such activities as everyone’s loss as the citizen. “Every asset of our nation is of our money and we should took care of it.” he quipped.

Sharhaan also defended the movie on many counts saying that there is nothign objectionable in the movie as it was authenticated by many historians. “Those who know every in and out of the movie are not against it then why some people are turning so violent,” he questioned.

Appealing the viewers to give Padmaavat a big hand he expressed that movie is all about entertainment and it comes only when it has lots of spice. “Our director has tried every bit to spice it up under the guidance of the historians. We don’t meant to hurt any one’s feeling. We are just trying to make you people entertain, he added.
