NMC undertakes “I will vote” drive

“Voting is my right. My vote is important for electing a good government. I will respect my vote. I will vote and encourage others as well.” Taking this oath, students of Ramdeobaba College of Engineering and Management resolved to exercise their franchise.

Nagpur Municipal Corporation has undertaken “I Will Vote” campaign to create awareness among citizens for increasing voting percentage in the upcoming civic body poll to be held on February 21. Under this drive, a function was organized at Ramdeobaba College of Engineering and Management. Head of Physical Education Department Dr S Mokhra graced the programme.

At the outset, representatives of NMC stressed on the importance of voting in their introductory speeches. They exhorted the students to enthusiastically take part in voting. Thereafter, students took oath of voting. A large number of students participated in the function.
