NMC pays rich tributes to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj

Deputy Mayor Munna Pokulwar on Saturday paid rich tributes to Great Maratha Warrior Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj on his death anniversary today. Pokulwar visited Mahal area and garlanded the full statue of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj situated near Gandhigate. The Ruling Party Leader Dayashankar Tiwari, Gandhibagh Zone Chairman Ramesh Punekar, Corporators Rashmi Fadnavis, Prabha Jagnade and others were present on the occasion.

Similarly, the Deputy Mayor Pokulwar garlanded an oil portrait of Shivaji Maharaj at NMC Headquarters in Civil Lines and paid tributes on behalf of Nagpur City. Portraits of Maratha King kept in Mayor’s Chamber and Ruling Party office were also garlanded to pay tributes.

NMC Secretary Harish Dubey, Assistant Commissioner Mahesh Dhamecha, Rajendra Bhandarkar, Dr Vijay Tiwari and other were present.
