Nagpur: Officials and employees of Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC), in an excellent gesture, have decided to contribute one day’s salary toward Prime Minister’s National Relief Fund as token of help to flood-ravaged Jammu and Kashmir people. The decision was taken at meeting of Heads of all departments and presided over by Additional Municipal Commissioner Hemant Pawar on Monday.
The meeting was attended among others by Deputy Commissioner Z R Siddique, Deputy Commissioner Sanjay Kakde, Additional Deputy Commissioner Pramod Bhusari, Chief Accounts and Finance Officer Madan Gadge, all Heads of Departments, Assistant Commissioners and Executive Engineers.
