NMC- OCW cash collection centre to remain open on Jan 25, 27

Nagpur News: Orange City Water announced through a press release today that the bulk and semi-bulk consumers will have the opportunity to submit their water tax bills even on holidays this week-end.  Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) and Orange City Water Pvt. Ltd (OCW) have decided to keep its service points/cash collection counters open on Friday (Eid), January 25 and on Sunday, Jan 27, from 9 am to 4 pm for consumer’s convenience. These NMC-OCW service points will remain closed on Saturday, January 26 on the occasion of Republic Day.

“In a bid to provide consumers facilities and for the convenience of consumers and NMC-OCW also operates specially two dedicated  cash collection centres one at Pande Layout ESR and another at Dhantoli Loha Pool office. Both these dedicated cash collection centres will remain open on Jan 25 (Eid day ) only”, notified OCW.

OCW further clarified, “While at all other 11 regular cash collection centres (Service Points), one each at every NMC zone office and one especially for Dharampeth Demo zone, consumers can also submit water tax on both days on Friday (Eid), January 25 and on Sunday, Jan 27 from 9 am to 4 pm. Along with cash collection centres OCW has also started its ‘24×7 Call Centre’ to address citizens problems and complaints in entire city with a Toll Free Helpline- No:  1800-266-9899.”
