NLCC’ 2015 in association with IIT Delhi Innaugrated at GNI

Computer Science and Engineering Department of Guru Nanak Institute of Engineering & Technology, Nagpur in association with IIT Delhi inaugurated the two days workshop on National Level Coding Contest “NLCC-2015”. India’s First Android and complete web solutions workshop. The event began with the University Anthem “Vidyapeeth Geet” by students of GNI. The inaugural ceremony was graced by Dr. S.P. Kane, Vice Chancellor, RTMNU, Nagpur as the Chief guest who shared his views on how extra-curricular activities should be the need of the hour and college must take extra interest in grooming the students overall. Guest of Honor Dr. D. K. Agrawal, Director of BCUD, RTMNU, shared his opinion on the future aspects and plans for the betterment of the university and placement of students both technically and non-technically.

He extended sincere concern to the parents and students regarding their future plans. Eminent Personalities, in the function also included Bande Nawaz Bagwan, Resource person of IIT Delhi, CMD Sardar Navneet Singh Tuli, MD Tanpreet Kaur Tuli, Principal GNIT Dr Narendra Kanhe  and Dr. N.V Deshpande Principal GNIET , who highly appreciated  the whole organizing team for their efforts and dedication.

The Convener of the event was Prof Kalpana Malpe H.O.D, Cse Department. Students and faculty members from various institutes attended the function in large number. The event was anchored by Prof Urmi Chakravorty Mittra. Prof Vijaya Kamble (Cordinator of NLCC ) proposed the vote of thanks.
