The war of words between Bihar CM Nitish Kumar and PM Modi is hotting up, even though Election Commission is yet to announce dates for upcoming assembly elections in the state.

Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar on Sunday called the Centre a “Union Twitter Government”.

Ahead of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s rally in Gaya, Kumar tweeted, ” Finally we have a government that could be truly called a “Union Twitter Government”.

Nitish Kumar hoped that PM will answer his questions this time around, even though he failed to do so last time in Muzaffarpur. In the last election rally at Muzaffarpur, Modi questioned DNA of Nitish Kumar. Subsequently Bihar CM said that PM has offended the DNA of people of Bihar and even wrote an open letter asking Modi to withdraw his statement.

Nitish Kumar sparked a fresh controversy on Saturday, when he claimed that the state was not consulted or informed before appointment of the new governor.
