Nagpur News : A cop on night patrolling duty foiled the plan of theft and arrested the thief in the early hours of Wednesday.
As per the report, constable Ashok Buddhulal Pandel (48) was on night patrolling. He went to HDFC ATM at Kadbi Chowk for checking. He noticed the accused trying to break open the ATM machine with an iron rod. Pandel immediately alerted the control room and arrested the accused.
The accused is identified as Denzil Robin Francis (26), a resident of Bellishop, Railway Colony.
Cops slapped charges under Sections 380, 457 and 511 of the IPC against Denzil and started investigations in this regard.
