Nagpur: A 29-year-old man was brutally assaulted by his neighbours on Wednesday night following an old rivalry. Interestingly, the accused have filed cross FIR on complainant.
In his complaint, Amol Anand Khandale(29) told police that accused Badal Tarachan Paunipagar(39), Mukesh and Sachin approached his residence and started hurling abuses at him.When Amol tried to intervene, all the accused reportedly thrashed him and also attacked his cousin with sharp weapons owing to old dispute.
Subsequently, Amol rushed to Jaripatka police station and filed a complaint against accused trio. Cops have booked accused Badal, Mukesh and Sachin under Sections 326,325,34 of the IPC.
Interestingly, the accused have also filed a cross FIR on Amol, where they have alleged that his family have launched a murderous attack on theirs.
