Nagpur: A youth has allegedly molested a 18-year-old girl residing in his neighbourhood by allegedly misbehaving with her on many occasions near Kanjihouse Square under Yashodhara Nagar police. The incidents took place between Dec 13 and 16, this year.
The accused has been identified as Jai Vijay Tembhurne (23).
As per the information, the accused used to intercept the girl on the road and would force her to talk to him. Tembhurne reportedly grabbed her near Kanjihouse Square and when the victim refused to share any word he allegedly hurled abuses at her between Dec 13 and 16.
Following the complaint of 18-year-old survivor, Yashodhara Nagar police have registered a case under section 354(D), 506 of IPC and started the probe.
