Nagpur: City’s Akshita Jaiswal emerged as first runner up at Dellywood Miss India pageant. Akshita is currently perusing her first year in culinary arts at Symbiosis, Lavale, Pune.
Among 11000 applicants received from all over India, 31 participants were shortlisted to be part of the Dellywood Miss, Mr. and Mrs. India 2019 finale at Delhi, organized between August 12 and 16, 2019.
The participants were groomed, guided and judged by an eminent panel. From 31 Miss Category participants, top 17 and further top 6 were selected. Akshita bagged the 1st runner up position.
Akshita expressed her gratitude to Mrs. Onam and Mr. Vinod Ahlawat, Kapil Gauhri, Neeleshwari Bhasak and the entire team of Dellywood for her achievement. She thanked all the previous year winners for their love and supports. Akshita said her journey would not have been possible without Shireen Jaiswal, and her entire family for the constant love and support and mainly the belief everyone had in her.
