Nagpurians should use Metro on Rakhi as it is absolutely safe

Nagpur: Rakshabandhan is the festival when brothers and sisters express their love for each other. It is an innate part of Indian culture. This year Rakshabandhan or Rakhi is on Sunday, August 22.
