Nagpur: Rakshabandhan is the festival when brothers and sisters express their love for each other. It is an innate part of Indian culture. This year Rakshabandhan or Rakhi is on Sunday, August 22. Lakhs of Nagpurians would be travelling to the homes of their sisters to get a rakhi tied on their wrists.

Metro services have started from Sitabuldi to Kasturchand Park station from Friday via Zero Mile Freedom Park station. Now services on Orange Line run from Kasturchand Park to Khapri via Sitabuldi and from Lokmanya Nagar to Sitabuldi on Aqua Line.
The timings of Orange Line are from 8 am to 8 pm while that of Aqua Line are from 6.30 am to 8 pm.
