Nagpur MP Vilas Muttemwar dedicated an ambulance to Central Raiway’s Hospital through his MPLAD funds. The Tata-Winger ambulance is fully air-conditioned. The ambulance fas following crucial features that will provide comfort to the patients:
1) Sliding stretcher
2) Oxygen cylinders
3) First-aid medical material
4) Saline administration arrangement
5) The sliding stretcher will help patients feel comfortable compared to other general ambulance
6) The Tata Motors-made ambulance costs Rs 6.45 lakh
The Divisional Railway Manager Brijesh Dixit, Additional Divisional Railway Manager Uday Borwankar, Additional Chief Medical Superintendent Sr Asudani, MLA Dinanath Padole, Dr Rajeev Deoghare, other Central Railway’s officials, employees, Hospital’s doctors, staffers were present on the occasion.
The Central Railway’s Hospital provides its services to present officials, employees, retired employees and their families. Similarly, several passengers are being treated at the Hospital in the eventuality of any untoward incidents.
