Nagpur: Hudkeshwar police have lodged an FIR against the directors of Ensaara Metro Park Infra and Luxora Infrastructure Pvt Ltd for committing fraud in the name of selling flat to a woman. Police have registered the case under various sections after it received complaint from Naina Arun Pendorkar alias Naina Babulal Sayre, 44, resident of Sneh Nagar, Gadchiroli.
Among the accused are directors Deepak Varun Daani, Tarun Indlani, Chaitanya Parekh, Omprakash Mohkar, Sanjay Kothari and Sarvesh Laxman of Ensaara Metro Park Infra and Luxora Infrastructure Pvt Ltd.
The company is coming up with a large project in mouja Pipla where Naina had booked a flat (no. 404). The flat measuring 1185 sq ft was booked at the price of Rs 83.42 lakh. At the time of booking Naina had done a cheque payment of Rs 8.65 lakh to the company. She was promised possession of her apartment by December 31, 2016. But neither the work was completed yet nor she was returned the money.
Frustrated over frequenting to the company’s office, Naina approached Hudkeshwar police who registered the case of fraud against the directors. Further investigation was on.
