Nagpur AIPMT Topper Hunaid Haider says, “Know your inner strength to taste success”

As the results of All India Pre Medical/Dental Test (AIPMT) were out on Thursday, Nagpur too got its share of success with Hunaid Haider cutting across the merit list with wholesome 622 marks. With an All India Ranking of 147, the ambitious city lad Hunaid Haider stood topper in Nagpur. Hunaid’s father is a doctor and mother is a housewife. Her sister is pursuing MBBS from IGGMC, Nagpur. He is hoping to get admission in GSMC College, Mumbai. His success mantra is as simple as that – The hard work always brings us on apex. Well said Hunaid!

On the sidelines of his success, Nagpur Today chanced upon getting Hunaid to a brief interactive session.

NT: What are the factors that you think lead to success?
We should understand our internal strength and know what should transform into our success.

NT: What was your study schedule to crack AIPMT?
I did not have any specific schedule for study. Most of the time I used to remain connected with my study circle. Meanwhile I spared some time for the outdoor games like football, cycling and many other games which kept me in my health and brain.

NT: What do you believe the credit of your success goes to?
I want to give the credit of this success to my parents and all the teachers who put in their precious time behind my studies.

NT: Who was your mentor?
Aakash Institute has worked as a mentor which will be definitely unforgettable for me.

NT: Your future moves?
I want to be a doctor for which I am planning to relocate to Mumbai where I can find the best resources to get into the right path. I aspire to become an oncologist and do research work also.

NT: Your message for the aspiring students?
I want to advice my juniors keep working hard and do not find any shortcut because there are lots of ways of studies which may be lucrative for us. If you face any difficulty in your studies, take help of your teachers and rectify it rapidly.
