Nagpur: Lakadganj police station has arrested 21 year old man for allegedly raping 18 year old woman of his locality on Thursday.
The victim was alone at her home when accused identified as Satish Sanjay Ramteke, resident of Garoba Ground, Harihar Nagar took her to his house. Subsequently he slip in sedative in the victim’s drink and raped her.

He also took intimate pictures and threatened her with dire consequences. The act of blackmailing and threatening continued between July 2 and August 1, 2018. However accused circulated objectionable content on whatsapp in the meantime.
Shocked after seen her forwarded pictures on social media, victim narrated her ordeal to her parents subsequently they rushed for Lakadganj police station and filed a complaint against the accused.
Police has registered a case under section 376 (K), 354(A), (K), (D), 328,506, 323 and under sub section 66 (A), 67. Further details are awaited.
