City’s reputed employment journal, My Career, published weekly, is organizing a grand function to mark its first anniversary. The main objective of My Career, launched on July 6, 2015, is to provide an effective platform on job vacancies, job oriented training programmes, career guidance over an array of topics such as options after passing Class X and XII exams, Technical Courses, Self-Employment, Agriculture Supplementing Professions, Personality Development, Career Counseling, Parent Policy, Scholarships, an in-depth information on various Government schemes, educational as well as job world in various sectors. My Career, since its launch, has proved a boon for youngsters longing for civil services, candidates appearing for competitive exams and interviews.

To mark its first anniversary, My Career is organizing a function on July 10 in which 100 meritorious students of Nagpur Municipal Corporation schools who excelled in Class X and XII Board exams will be felicitated and a career guidance programme will be held. The event will be held on Sunday, July 10, at Sai Sabhagruha, behind Wockhardt Hospital, Shankar Nagar, Nagpur.

Former Union Minister Vilas Muttemwar, Municipal Commissioner Shravan Hardikar, former Chartered Officer E Z Khobragade and the Leader of Opposition in NMC Vikas Thakre will be the chief guests on the occasion. Career Motivator Sanjay Nakhate will throw light on various aspects of careers as the Chief Guide.

Vishal Vilas Muttemwar, the Managing Editor of My Career and Chairman of Swayam Samajik Sanghatan, has requested the students, parents, career guidance seekers and citizens to attend the function in large numbers. Swayam is joint organizer of the programme.
