Nagpur: Ashok Sonare was a Nagpur citizen working in Moil. He was 55 years old. Since last 6 days his wife Ambavati was admitted to Mure Memorial hospital for some health problem. She was not critical it is learnt from sources.
Yet, something seems to have been bothering Ashok badly. Added to that, he suddenly had to do hospital duty since his son Raja went to Shirdi with some friends. Otherwise Raja used to be at the hospital with his mother.
After spending Sunday night in the hospital something prompted Ashok to hang himself in the hospital toilet in the early morning hours. When a hospital staff member went to use the toilet he was shocked to see a body hanging there. When he raised alarm, hospital authorities realized that the deceased was a patient’s relative and he had chosen to end his life in their premises.
Sitabaldi police has registered an FIR and are investigating the cause of this tragic action.
