MTDC goes a step forward on Zero Mile, opens Information and Reservation Centre at Airport

The Maharashtra Tourism Development Corporation Centre, having a shape of an orange, a fitting salute to the Orange City, was inaugurated by the District Collector Saurabh Rao on Saturday. Centre has been laced with information on Vidarbha’s tourism places and Maharashtra as well thus giving a mighty push to tourism in Nagpur, and Vidarbha.

The Maharashtra Tourism Development Corporation (MTDC), taking one more step ahead of Zero Mile and giving a mighty push to tourism in Nagpur, and Vidarbha, has opened an Information and Reservation Centre at Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar International Airport in Nagpur. The Centre, having a shape of an orange, a fitting salute to the Orange City, was inaugurated by the District Collector Saurabh Rao on Saturday.

The Joint Director of MTDC Satish Soni, Senior Airport Manager Anil Kumar, Mihan Project Manager Abid Ruhi, Deputy Commander of CISF Sudhir Kumar, Assistant Commander Malgude, Senior Regional Manager of MTDC Hanumant Hede, Assistant Engineer Chandrashekhar Salodkar and others were present on the occasion.

The Information and Reservation Centre has been laced with information on Vidarbha’s tourism places and Maharashtra as well. A kiosk machine has also been installed at the Centre to facilitate the tourists. Tourists can go for online reservation through Gateway payment. The MTDC has displayed photographs of major tourism places in Vidarbha and Maharashtra at Arrival and Departure areas of the Airport.
