Nagpur News: The Mahavitaran (Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co. Ltd, MSEDCL) has extended a helping hand to the battered and bruised consumers of SNDL (Spanco) by appointing its Superintending Engineer of Nagpur City Division Suresh M Madavi as Public Relations Officer.

The MSEDCL has informed the consumers that they should first contact Spanco authorities regarding their complaints over bill amounts, faulty meter readings, and other related matters. If the consumers are not satisfied by Spanco’s proper response to their complaints then only they could contact the office of Superintending Engineer of Nagpur City Division Suresh M Madavi. The complaints of consumers from the three zones would be resolved there. However, even if the consumers find no solution to their complaints at the office of Superintending Engineer of Nagpur City Division Suresh M Madavi then the agrieved consumers could contact office of the Chief Engineer, Nagpur Urban Circle, Prakash Bhavan, Link Road, Sadar Nagpur.
