MNS activist booked for blackmailing, sexually exploiting woman in Nagpur

Nagpur: Ganeshpeth Police of Nagpur on Monday booked Pankaj Rushisingh Khicchi, an activist of Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS), for allegedly blackmailing and sexually exploiting a married woman since October last year.

The victim in her complaint alleged that Khicchi (45), a resident of Naik Talao area, called her to a hotel on the pretext of giving the Unique Disability Identity Card for her daughter. He then allegedly raped her by offering a cold drink laced with sedatives and took her obscene photographs, the victim alleged.

The victim also alleged that Khicchi sexually exploited her on the basis of the obscene photographs since October last year. On the basis of the complaint, police registered a case under sections 64(2)(1), 118(2), 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita against Khicchi. Further investigations are underway.
