New Year is all about spending time in the company of one’s beloved family while thanking them for making the past year worthwhile and Shahid Kapoor‘s wife, Mira Rajput, is no exception as is evident from the beautiful family picture that she shared today on her Instagram handle. The picture looks as fresh as the New Year, in the backdrop of a garden setting.
In the picture shared today, Mira looks absolutely gorgeous in ripped jeans teamed with a white shirt, while Shahid looks dapper as always in a pair of a casual grey tee and black shorts. Their daughter Misha is seen resting in her father’s lap, dressed in yellow with hair swept back in a tiny ponytail while brother Zain lies in Mira’s arms, aww-dorably asleep. Sharing the picture of the perfect Kapoor clan on her Instagram account, Mira captioned it, “Grateful for the year that made us complete…Happy New Year” (sic).
On the professional front, Shahid is busy with the work of his upcoming film, Kabir Singh. The film is a remake of Telugu hit Arjun Reddy. Earlier, talking about his character in Kabir Singh, Shahid told PTI, “I loved the emotional arc of the character, played by Vijay down south, and he did a fantastic job on it. The director was so real, raw and honest in his representation of that journey that I was drawn towards it”. The film, which is being directed by Sandeep Vanga, features Kiara Advani as the female lead. His previous release, Batti Gul Meter Chalu, which also featured Yami Gautam and Shraddha Kapoor, couldn’t do wonders at the Box Office.
