Mother of 15-year-old girl has lodged a complaint with Pratap Nagar Police on Tuesday against a youth for allegedly raping her daughter. She came to know about the incident as she learnt about her daughter became pregnant. The youth has been arrested.
Police sources said Mithilesh Manlal Sinha (24), a resident of Pratap Nagar, befriended the 15-year-old girl about six-seven months ago. Soon, the girl fell for his sweet talks. Taking advantage of her trust, Mithilesh established physical relation with the girl. Later the girl conceived which scared her. She narrated her ordeal to her mother, who rushed to Pratap Nagar police station and lodged a complaint against the youth.
Cops have arrested Mithilesh after registering an offence under Sections 376, 506 and 323 read with sub sections 3 (a), 4, 5 (g), (j), (II), and L 6 of the PC Act.
