Nandanvan police have arrested a 20 year old youth and booked two other minor boys for allegedly sodomizing a 14 year old boy on repeated occasion. Police sources said the shameful act was committed at various intervals between between April 11 and April 25.
Accused Pawan alias Kikky Arvind Damkondwar (20), resident of Darshan Colony and his two friends sent indecent and obscene picture to the victimized boy on his cell-phone. Later, the accused and his minor friends took the chance over him at his Pawan’s Darshan Colony residence and at a school ground in the same area. The accused threatened to kill the boy if he opens up his mouth before anyone. However, the victim later narrated his agony to his parents.
On the basis of victim’s parents, Nandanvan police registered an offence under Sections 377, 506 (b) and 34 read with sub sections 4, 11 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act 2012. Pawan has been arrested while the two other minors were taken into police custody. Further investigations are under way.
