Nagpur: One middle aged man was booked for raping a minor boy in Sakardhara area. The accused is identified as Yusuf Chand Mulla aged 36 years.
According to police sources, a 17 year old minor boy and resident of Sakardhara area was sleeping in the house of a middle aged man Yusuf Chand Mulla a resident of the same area.
Meanwhile the accused Yusuf Chand Mulla raped the boy and indulging in unnatural sex. After the act, the accused threatened the boy claiming that if he reports the matter to anyone, he will thrash him.
On the basis of the complaint lodged by the victim minor boy, the Sakardhara Police personnel have registered a case under relevant sections of Indian Penal Code against the accused Yusuf Chand Mulla. Further investigations are underway.
