Yet another molestation case was registered on Monday under the jurisdiction of Lakadganj police station. The 28-year-old victim lodged a complaint with the cops of molestation and manhandling by two middle-aged men.
The 28-year-old victim, in her complaint stated that on May 9, she was alone at her house. The accused Dharmendra Rajaam Jain (39) parked his four-wheeler near the window of victim’s house to which she sought explanation from him. However, Dharmendra got furious with the statement and he along with his mate Rakesh Rajaram Jain barged into her house and snatched away her dupatta. They hurled profanities against the complainant and slapped her.
After the accused left her house, the woman reached Lakadganj police station and lodged a complaint against the two. Cops have registered an offence under Sections 354, 294, 506, 323, and of the IPC and booked them. Cops have commenced heir investigations.
