Nagpur: A 28-year old man frequently raped a minor girl by scaring her with the threat of poisoning her to death. The accused man exploited the girl physically for almost two months with the life threat when the she was staying in his house. The man has been booked.
The accused has been identified as Naved Ali Kasim Ali (28), resident of Nandanvan area. The 17-year old girl was staying with Naved. However, the accused, with ulterior motives in devilish mind, started scaring the minor girl that she will be poisoned to death. With this threat, the accused raped the girl in his house frequently between 23.2.15 and 19.4.15. The girl’s ordeal ended when she left the house of accused Naved. After some days, the 17-year old girl gathered courage and subsequently lodged a complaint with Nandanvan police and narrated her ordeal.
PAS Wankhede, acting on the complaint, booked Naved Ali Kasim Ali under Sections 376(2)(F), 506(B) of IPC read with Sub-Sections 4, 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act 2012 and launched investigation into the matter.
