Nagpur: A 13-year old girl was molested by a man in her own house and was also threatened of serious repercussions if she divulged the man’s actions to her mother. The lewd man has been booked.
The accused Nitin Nandkishore Admane (28), resident of Ambikanagar in Hudkeshwar area, made the 13-year old girl’s life a living hell by frequently chasing her while she went for tuitions over a period from 6.12.14 to 28.2.15. The accused used to catch hold of her hand and tell her to accompany him to his friend’s house. The accused frequently threatened the girl and her mother of serious repercussions if they raised voice against him. On Saturday, the accused Nitin entered the house of the girl when she was alone and molested her by indulging in obscene actions. However, when mother of the girl returned home, she narrated her actions of accused Nitin. A complaint was immediately lodged in this connection.
Hudkeshwar PSI Sheikh registered an offence against the accused Nitin Nandkishore Admane under Sections 506, 448, 354(A)(1)(I), 354(D) of IPC read with Sections 7/8, 11(4/12) of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act 2012 and probing the matter further. No arrest has been made so far.
