Man creates ruckus in RTO, heckles official

nagpur-news-crime3Nagpur: Jaripatka police booked a man on the charges of creating ruckus in Regional Transport Office (Rural) and abusing and threatening an official over license issue. The man has also been charged with putting hurdles in Government work. The incident occurred on Tuesday.

According to police, the complainant official Subodh Padmakar Deshpande (52), resident of Plot No. 109, Tilak Nagar, was carrying out his duties at the RTO (Rural) office situated at Lal Godam, Kamptee Road, Nagpur. Around 12.30 pm on Tuesday, the accused, Baxi Singh Bath, resident of Buddha Nagar, barged into Subodh’s office and started creating ruckus over license issue. The accused abused and heckled the RTO official in a threatening posture and thus put hurdles in Government work by his wayward behaviour.

Jaripatka API Jadhavar, acting on a complaint, booked the accused Baxi Singh Bath under Sections 353, 504 of the IPC and probing the matter further.
