Nagpur: A pervert-minded 35 year old man outraged modesty of a 15-year old girl by clicking video of her when she was taking bath in her house. The accused shamelessly peeped through the fiber tin gap of the bathroom and tried to “capture” the bath-taking girl on his mobile phone camera. The lewd accused has been booked.
The accused Nagesh Bhagwan Sonkusre (35), resident of Sitabuldi, as if waiting for an opportunity, stood near the bathroom of the neighbouring 15-year old girl. As soon as the girl started bath, the accused Nagesh peeped the through the tin gap and started clicking her video. However, when the girl spotted Nagesh indulging in outrageous act, she shouted. Later, the girl registered a case with Sitabuldi police in this connection.
PSI Nasre booked the pervert accused Nagesh under Section 354(C) of the IPC. Further probe in underway.
