A youth was found in a pool of blood with skin deep stab marks on his body in Sonegaon locality on Friday night. According to information, Ashwin Sanjay Karihare (25), a resident of TB Ward, Quarter No. 9/10, Medical, was attacked by some unidentified goons.
Passersby found him with injuries inflicted on his neck, chest, and other parts of the body. He was lying in unconscious at Khapri Wardha Road, near Guru’s Clinic. He was rushed to a hospital for treatment.
On the basis of the complaint by Sanjay Karihare, Sonegaon police have registered an offence under sections 307 of the IPC.
