Nagpur: Police have booked an unidentified pervert person on the charges of sendind vulgar messages and obscene videos to the facebook account of a Imambada-based 29-year old woman. The accused bombarded the woman’s facebook account with the highly objectionable stuff continuosly for nine days i.e. from March 16 to 24, 2016 and thus outraged her modesty. The red-faced victimised woman finally lodged a complaint with Imambada police against the unidentified accused in this regard.
PSI Sakhre has registered a case under Section 354(D) of IPC read with Section 67(A) of Information Technology Act and searching the accused.
Similarly, three brothers were booked by Ambajhari police for molesting a 22-year old girl in front of her house itself and also for abusing and beating her father who tried to prevail upon the miscreants. The three accused have been identified as Bunty Kuril, Chandan Kuril and Jagadish Kuril, all residents of same area. The accused first uttered filthy words targeting the girl who was standing in front of her house and then thrashed her father who tried to prevail upon the abusive trio.

Ambajhari Lady PSI Kale has booked the accused trio under Sections 354(5), 323, 504, 506, 34 of IPC and investigating the matter further.
