Nagpur News : In yet another shameful incidence, a middle-aged man allegedly outraged modesty of a 7-year-old girl on Wednesday under the jurisdiction of Sadar Police Station.
According to information, the victim and her family were staying at SBI guest house when the accused Anand Ramdhar Gupta (35), a resident of Gaddigodam took the little girl to the back of the guest house and outraged her modesty. The incidence came to light when the victim narrated the incidence to her mother.
On the basis of the complaint lodged by victim’s parents, Sadar police arrested the accused Anand and registered an offence under Section 354 (1) read with sub section 8 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act 2012.
