Man booked for negligence causing death of minor boy

Nagpur News: Yashodhara Nagar police booked a 55-year-old man for negligence resulting in the death of a 14-year-old boy on October 21.
According to information, Mohammad Raeez alias Kalu Mohammad Jameel Ansari, a resident of Indira Mata Nagar Nagar, drowned in a pond formed on Kalamna Ring Road. Cops registered a case of accidental death and commenced the investigations.

During preliminary investigations, it was found that Suresh Chhannulal Harode (55), a resident of Anand Nagar, had dug a pond for making bricks in the furnace area. However, the work did not begin on time and water saturated in the pond. Thus, Raeez, who had gone with his friends for fishing in the pond, drowned in it.

Cops have registered a case of death cause by negligence against Suresh under Sections 304 (a) of the IPC.
